How can I find you?

We are located on the Truro Business Park, Threemilestone at Highgrove House next to the Cornwall Federation for Women’s Institutes Headquarters.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have allocated parking on site available for the duration of your treatment session.

Are your premises disability friendly?

Yes, in part. There is sloped access to the front door. However, the main doors are fairly heavy, so please do let your practitioner know upon booking if you have a disability and they will ensure that they greet you upon arrival at the entrance. There is a disability friendly toilet on the premises and the treatment rooms are all on one level.

What is your Covid-19 policy?

These provisions have been introduced in addition to the very high standards of hygiene that are always adhered to at Highgrove and are to ensure the safety and health of all of our visitors.

  • Health questionnaire emailed to you 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Patients to fill out the new consent form with COVID-19 waiver.
  • Toilets on site have appropriate hand gel and sanitising facilities and door handles are sanitised regularly.
  • An area at the treatment room entrance to administer antibacterial hand gel – no touch thermometer available, if required.
  • Practitioner to wear a face mask when required, also to maintain appropriate distancing where applicable.
  • Hot water and hand soap available in the clinic room.
  • Disposable paper towels to be used at all times.
  • Paper couch roll to be used on the couch and changed after every patient (as always), pillows to have a protective wipe down cover.
  • All areas including couch, chairs etc. to be sanitised between every patient with antibacterial spray and wipes including door handle to the clinic etc.
  • Windows opened and treatment room aired, when appropriate.
  • Payments can be made by card using ‘no touch’ Apple pay or similar, if card machine is used anti-bacterial wipes are available to use on the machine after every use.

    How do I pay?

    Our practitioners accept card or cash payments.

    What if I can no longer attend my appointment?

    Should you need to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice or a cancellation fee may be charged at the therapist’s discretion.
