Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is especially beneficial for muscle pain and limited range of movement. The slow, deeper pressure used will avoid triggering muscle spasms. Instead, Deep Tissue Massage techniques stretch and relax the muscle and facia to produce a greater range of movement and encourage longer term benefits than a standard massage.
No massage should be considered painful, so the pressure and technique can be adjusted to suit your comfort. Never be afraid to speak up; we are all different!

Hot Stone Massage is a deeply relaxing, ancient massage therapy consisting of manual massage in conjunction with the use of heated up basalt stones on the body.
The heat from the stones penetrates deeper into the muscles, releasing tension without the need for deeper pressure, resulting in a thoroughly relaxing and restorative treatment.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a powerful, traditional Indian technique, following the body’s meridian energy lines. This massage can be performed seated or lying down, through clothing or using oils directly onto the skin, and includes the upper back, neck, shoulders, arms, scalp and face. It is often used to rebalance and reboot the body’s natural rhythm.
Pregnancy Massage is a more gentle massage aimed at relaxation and releasing tension in the mother’s ever-changing body. Lower back pain, shoulder pain and hip pain, due to your changing posture, and swelling in the lower extremities can all be helped greatly with massage.
At all times, you would be in a comfortable position and able to relax and enjoy your treatment. There are many positions for pregnancy massage to aid your ultimate comfort; the use of pillows and bolster cushions ensure no undue pressure is put upon areas of discomfort.
