Meet the Team!
We’re excited to welcome Kirsty Harrison, a Nutritional Therapist specialising in hormone health and fertility.
Kirsty’s services are a great complement to the fertility acupuncture available at the Centre, making Highgrove a real hub for natural fertility and IVF support.
Nutritional Therapy is a complementary therapy that works well alongside conventional medicine. An initial consultation will last approximately an hour to an hour and a half. Kirsty will go through your health concerns, goals, current diet and lifestyle, medical history and family medical history, and more during this time. Kirsty will aim to get to the root cause of why a symptom or group of symptoms may be presenting themselves. This information ensures that Kirsty creates a specific plan for you and your situation. Kirsty may also suggest functional testing to help really unlock your case; these are often tests that your GP may not use and can be incredibly useful.
Wherever you are on your journey – from problem periods, preconception care, infertility, or navigating IVF – Nutritional Therapy can be incredibly useful.
Kirsty will be here at Highgrove on Wednesdays, 9 am – 1 pm from 9th March 2022.
